Food tracked, workout done, and new recipe created (will share tomorrow). No Fed Ex man today – boo!

Food Log 3-10-15

Today was cross-training day. I did a 1 mile warm-up walk followed by 20 minutes (1 mile) on the Arc Trainer. I hate that machine but it really is a good workout.

For dinner I made Spicy Baked Falafel burgers, and wow! They came out great! I’ll share the recipe tomorrow because I’m exhausted and going to bed now.

PS. Look at the size of Lucy’s tongue!

  1. I’m so proud of you for doing a cross-training workout! I know how much you hate it and would rather be running, but it’s really beneficial for you!

    Lucy is so cute and such a sweetheart! You can sure tell that she loves her mama! :-)
