I didn’t complete it in one run, but I did complete it in less than 24 hours ;)
I did 8.6 miles New Year Eve and 5.02 miles on New Years Day.
Today I did a slow and easy 5k (3.11 miles) at lunch, then came home and made another batch of the Tahini Lime Quinoa Salad. Took Lucy for her walk, and now we’re settling in for the night.
The governor has called a state of emergency for NJ, and all state offices are closed tomorrow – that means no work for me! Yay! It started snowing about a minute before I got home and within an hour there was already 2+ inches, so this could be a good one!
- Breakfast: Multigrain sandwich thin with almond butter
- Lunch: Tex-Mex vegan chili w/salsa, guac, and Sesame Blues
- Workout: 3.11 miles doing 1.5/3.5 intervals @6.2/4.2
- Dinner: Tahini Lime Quinoa Salad
