I’m feeling a bit better today so I was able to knock out a 3.5 mile run without too much effort. My right foot still feels somewhat “off” but I don’t know how to explain it. It’s almost like I’m running at a slant and my right foot is lower than my left. Does that make any sense? This sensation started yesterday, but it was much worse. Hmmm. I dunno.
Nothing much exciting is going on around here. I slept until about 10:30am (thank you Nyquil!), then got up and drank a vat of coffee. I took Lucy for a 1 mile walk in the pouring rain/sleet. Came back, dried off, and did my run on the treadmill, and then watched a couple episodes of Doctor Who.

I have a Pueblo Pie (pretty sure I adapted this from a Dr. McDougall recipe) baking in the oven right now, and if it comes out as delicious as it smells, I’ll share (my adaptation of) the recipe and photos tomorrow. Have a great night!
I’m so happy that you’re feeling better! I hope your Pueblo Pie turned out because I’m curious to see what it is! :-)
It was delicious! It’s basically a Tex-Mex Lasagna subbing corn tortillas for the noodles and roasted red pepper hummus for the cheese. I’ll share the recipe later today :)
