I skipped breakfast this morning (other than my usual vat of coffee) because I knew we were ordering out (Chinese food) for lunch. I had Broccoli with garlic sauce and brown rice. I ate about half of it, which equals 2 cups of broccoli and 1 cup of brown rice:
Calorie-wise I’m sure it was okay, but I know how high the sodium is in Chinese food, so I opted for running hills afterwards. I did 3 miles of Level 5 hills and got super-sweaty!
I didn’t get hungry again until about 20 minutes ago, and since it was already 8pm, I just had a cup of crunchy veggie salad (from the deli at Giant). So although I’m not sure of the exact calories for today, I think I ended up okay.
