Meal Planning (the Lazy Edition)

TGIF y’all!

This is how easy meal planning can be when you tend to eat the same things on a regular basis. No need to bother with instructions/directions or any kind of specifics. I just jot down the ingredients needed so I can compare them to my pantry and make my list.

I do change/alter the ingredients to suit my own taste buds (extra spices/seasonings, subbing red pepper for green, etc), so I’ll share links to the actual recipes below.

I still have several containers left over from last week’s meals thanks to the Mexican Crockpot Casserole, which  I’ll definitely be making again soon!
