This week’s recipes are from Happy Herbivore and Forks over Knives, with my own modifications, of course. I’m still up a few pounds and still (sometimes uncomfortably) bloated, but I do feel like I’m on the mend, finally. I was even able to run for just under an hour yesterday with no tummy issues!
I’m back to tracking ALL my food again, and I can see where some tweaks are needed, the main thing being portion sizes for higher calorie/carb meals. That’s what I’ll focus on this week :)
I do think that once I get back to my regular running schedule, the couple extra pounds will fall right off. Especially with 20+ mile runs in 90+ degree heat ;)
